Seasonal color analysis for iPhone
Find the colors that were made for you.
Snap one photo and get your season, your palette, and outfit formulas — the same twelve-season method stylists charge $300 for. Your result is free, never held hostage. The full palette is $6.99, once.
Launching soon on the App Store. One email when it’s live — nothing else.
Your season is free
A real AI analysis — season, confidence, best colors, colors to avoid, one outfit rule — before you pay anything.
Pay once, keep it forever
Your full palette is $6.99, one time. No weekly fee to keep looking at your own colors.
We never invent a result
Every read shows its confidence — a strong read, not a verdict. Bad lighting gets a retake, not a guess.
How it works
One photo. An honest read. Colors you can use.
-
Your photo, your call.
We read visible coloring for style guidance — not health, identity, or attractiveness. Photo storage is opt-in, and deleting means deleted.
-
A real analysis, with a confidence meter.
Your season and leaning, your Color DNA — undertone, value, chroma, contrast — and the colors that do the work. If the light is low, we say the read may be shaky and ask for a retake.
-
Hold your palette up to the rack.
The reference card ($6.99, once) and Pro’s garment scanner go shopping with you, so every verdict lands before the fitting room:

The FAQ
Asked, answered.
What is seasonal color analysis?
It reads your natural coloring — undertone, value, chroma, and contrast — and matches it to one of twelve seasons, each with a palette that makes you look rested, clear, and put together. Stylists have used the method for decades; ShadeSet runs it from one photo.
How is ShadeSet different from other color analysis apps?
Three ways. Your season result is free — we never make you pay to see it. Your full palette is a $6.99 one-time purchase that never expires, not a weekly subscription. And ShadeSet never invents a result: every analysis shows its confidence, and bad lighting gets a retake instead of a guess.
Does it work for men?
Yes. Color runs on undertone, value, chroma, and contrast — not gender. The reference cards include outfit formulas and shopping rules that work whether you’re building a capsule wardrobe or just want to stop second-guessing shirts.
How much does color analysis usually cost?
An in-person analyst typically charges $150–$545 a session, and the studios in Seoul book out two months ahead. Viral color apps charge up to $7.99 a week. ShadeSet’s read is free, the card is $6.99 once, and Pro is $7.99 a month.
Is a photo analysis accurate?
A good photo in soft daylight gives a strong read — and we tell you how strong, with a confidence level on every result. If the lighting undermines the read, ShadeSet asks for a retake rather than guessing. One photo gives a strong read, not a verdict; we’re honest about the difference.
What happens if I cancel Pro?
Your saved looks and Wardrobe stay visible — only new Pro generation stops. The $6.99 reference card is a separate one-time purchase and is never affected. Billing is handled by Apple; cancel anytime in your App Store settings.
What happens to my photo?
Your photo is read for visible coloring, for style guidance only — never health, identity, or attractiveness. Analysis runs through OpenAI’s API under our consent flow, storing your source photo is opt-in, and you can delete your photos, results, and account at any time. Deleted means deleted — on your phone and on our servers.
